Campaign Story
Welcome to the Stones Family Circle of Support fundraiser.
As many of you will know we originally established a support fundraiser a few years ago to help the Stones Family with the financial burden they faced in gaining treatment and the additional life expenses relating to their eldest son Brendan’s diagnosis of a rare brain disease called Moyamoya. Brendan underwent a significant brain surgery a few years ago to alleviate symptoms and he has amazed both his family and the medical team responsible for his care with his post operative recovery and survival. Brendan has however recently suffered some regression of the disease and has recently been placed under the care of paediatric palliative services to support him and his family going forward.
Tragically the family have now suffered the most unexpected and sudden loss of their beloved wife and mother, Lisa, on Friday 10th August. As you can imagine Tim and sons Brendan and Rory are devastated. The family has been through immense health related challenges in recent years but have managed to get through each one as a team. The loss of their wife and mother, Lisa, is a particularly traumatic and devastating blow and our love and prayers are with Tim, Brendan and Rory at this difficult time.
Thank you for supporting Tim, Brendan and Rory in any way you are financially able. No matter how big or small your contribution, it will go a long way to alleviate some of the financial stress they will be under for a significant period of time to come.

Lisa’s Memorial Service
Update posted by Tim Stones at 12:26 pmSTONES:- a Memorial Service for Lisa Ann Stones of Beacon Bay, will be held in the Stirling Presbyterian Church, Cecil Lloyd Street, Stirling, East London on Saturday, 18.08.2018 at 2 pm. The cremation will be private. Friends kindly accept this intimation.

Dear Tim, There are no words I can offer to try reduce the pain you are feeling. Like you, I have been lucky enough to meet the woman of my dreams and I have 3 boys I love deeply. To lose one so close would leave me devastated. You are in our thoughts and prayers and may God hold you in the palm of his hand and close to his heart through this difficult time.
