Stomach surgery

Hi my name is Tyler and I am 25 years  currently on a low budget (880$ a month) and have a very painful stomach ulcer  and gastroesphogal ref;ux disease) I wont have any money for rent let alone paying to get the surgery to repair all the damage done to my stomach from puking blood ect i cannot sleep due to it i cry myself to sleep at times i am very desperate for help and if anybody can help i will give more than just my thanks! the dirtbike in the picture is the reward for your kindness!
