Stock Market Money making Machine

Dear All One year back I left my job and I have lots of financial constraint. I want to start a business in stock market investing and wants to help people with the money I make. I have designed technique to enter into trade at any time with any stock with having 90% success rate. But I don't have money to implement my idea. For investment I need minimum $5000. Whatever money generated from the project 40% will be spent towards health projects , 30% towards education, 10% towards drinking water facility for really poor children and old people and remaining 20% towards my personal use.
