This is a project born from the completion of the Executive Master in Management of MIP, School of Business of the Politecnico of Milan.
It is based on the idea of generating a consulting platform and implementing a sales channel on e-commerce sites. For the evaluation phase, it was decided to carry out a segmentation in a market that is not currently present, or present in a marginal way, on digital channels: the warehouses of authorized workshops (cars, motorcycles, etc ...).
The value proposition focuses on the possibility of providing an in-depth analysis of the usual sales flows, identifying original spare parts unsold for more than 12 months which generate an increase in costs and inefficiencies in occupying space.
In this phase, the idea will be verified directly on the market, through the request for funds for the realization of the MVP (Minumum Viable Product) according to the development approach of the idea in Lean Startup mode.
This will consist in structuring the company (both in legal terms and in marketing strategy), starting to initialize the phase of selecting suppliers and identifying a first package of interested customers, developing an automated loading software for the chosen spare parts. according to the agreements made with the customer.
