Steven Boyd-Kidney Transplant

     For the past 12 years, Steve's kidney strength has been declining, due to a congenital kidney disease.   The other night, Steve's kidney was only functioning at 9%...It is now back up to 15%.  Although this is better than the 9%, the kidney is continuing to fail, and a kidney transplant is needed as soon as possible.  

     Although I have never met Steve, I am married to his oldest son, Christopher.  My husband has told me so many stories about what a wonderful man Steve is and how much he dedicates his life to his family.  

     Steve has never had his own kids, but he did take on 6 children when he met his, now wife, Pauline.  Steve treated and raised these kids like his own, and gave them a wonderful life.   Steve is looked up to by so many people; probably more than he knows...and being such an amazing husband, father, grandfather, and much more, he deserves nothing more than to spend many more years watching his children and grandchildren grow, and spend many more years with his family and the love of his life, Pauline.    Thank You All! and please keep Steve and his family in your prayers.
