STEP (Skilled Training & Employment Program) for Change

At STEP, we're trying to change the future of underrepresented* but highly motivated youth of Pakistan. We handpick a few college seniors through an extensive recruitment process, equip them with essential technical and non-technical skills and help them secure an employment so they can make a change in the society for themselves, for their families, and also for people around them.

Your contribution will be instrumental in expanding our program and transforming lives and creating a brighter future for our students.

About the current batch;

• this is our 4th batch of students at STEP
• 25 students/batch (10 sponsored by us & for remaining we are looking for sponsorships)
• the cost is $1100/student for our entire 9-month program.
