Step Up in Photography

I am a 16 years old student and I have been shooting photos as a hobby for about 2 years and all my gears are a Nikon D50 (Launched April 2005) with a zoom lens from my Father and a recently bought HKD$1500 prime lens for night time photography which has already used up my budget.

As the D50 is pretty outdated and lack of the ability to shoot videos, plus it is not a full frame camera, I wish to upgrade my gears to allow me to shoot higher quality images and have the ability to shoot videos so that I have the proper gear to learn and shoot cinematic videos.

I wish to upgrade my camera to the newly launched Nikon Z7 or Z6 (Depends on the funding I receive), which met the upgrades that I want. If there is extra funding, it will be put into my photography gears such as batteries and filters as well. I can promise you all the funding I receive will be used for enhancing my gears and skills in photography.

In these 2 years I spent a lot of time learning to be a better skilled photographer, but with the outdated hardware and software of the camera I now owned, I felt I am slowing down. Furthermore, I am still a full time student which means that I have no time to earn budget for my hobby myself. That is why your support means world to me which cannot be described in words.

Besides I will be benefit by having better gears, my family and friends will also share the benefits as I shoot photos for them a lot, too. With better gears, they can get higher quality images and hopefully when I got the skill to make cinematic videos, they can get high quality videos as well.

If I can upgrade my gears, I will be also uploading my work to share with the world, especially all the people that helped me, by allowing them to download my work with full resolution from cloud drives so they can use my work as desktop wallpaper and more.
