Hello my name is Matthew Vargas and I'm in 9th grade and I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. We all do excellent in school and almost everyone is going into the medical field. All except for me because I was always intrigued in mechanics and especially curious when it came to rockets or anything in space matter of fact. So as the two oldest started college my parents became more stressed over money because as you know medical school is not cheap. As the years went on they barely made it though and they still have one who's about to go to a college that costs almost as much as the two colleges that the oldest ones went to and I still have 3 years till i want to major in Areospace Engineering. So I aimed to get into USNA which is a Navy Academy that gives free tuition, housing, food, books, etc... The only downside is that its extremely difficult to get into the school. They have a program for 9th and 10th graders to make the process faster to apply and more chances of success in getting into school. Since the campus is located in Maryland and I live in North Carolina travel is going to cost a big part of it but the STEM program lasts a week so added with travel the total cost of the program is going to cost around $600 and my parents said that I have to pay at least $150 of it and I would have asked that much on here but it wouldn't let me. As for I really don't have that much money and I would need that by March were I would need to deposit that money.
