Campaign Story
Our family has been hit with the tragic news this past week. My mommy, Azucena "Zeny" Bien, has been diagnosed with AML Cancer.
Acute Myeloid Leukemia is a fast growing cancer of the blood and bone marrow.
She was rushed to the hospital 4 days ago due to low platelet count and high white blood cell. The doctor scheduled her biopsy tomorrow and starting month of May, she will be having her first chemotheraphy and should stay in the hospital for the whole month.
My mommy is a loving wife and mother to us. She is the light in our house. She worked hard all those years for us. If only I could ease all her pain, I would. My heart is breaking right now. A lot of question running in my mind, Why her? She is one of the most amazing woman you will ever meet. But there's no other way but to fight. And I will do anything for her, like what she did to us. During this time of treatment, we are in need of financial support since medical bills are piling up and we need to be ready for her chemo therapy. I want to make sure Mommy will be stress-free from financial burdens, so she can focus on fighting and recovery. This is the most heartbreaking letter I ever have to type.
We know and believe that which God brings us to, He will bring us through. We will fight until the end. We ask for your prayers and support for Mommy and my family to overcome this battle. Your donations will help our family through this time of need. Thank you for your support, love, and prayers.

Mommy Zeny's Battle Against Relapsed Leukemia (AML)
Update posted by Gretzen Bien at 04:36 amMy beautiful Mommy Zeny was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia last April 2018. Words cannot express the torment I felt inside. It has changed me forever. My whole world came crashing down around me. We were all devastated, but Mommy is a fighter! She battled through the chemo treatments, bone. . . . .
