Stateless in europe

My parents left me when I was a little child. I've had a stepmother taking care of me until her death in 2005, after which I was alone again. My real father died too. I have an identity crisis because I don't know where I come from. I don't have any official papers like an ID card or a passport, so I am unable to leave Hungary.

I can not continue my studies because I am not a legal Hungarian citizen. I need financial help in order to pay for my education, housing and further administrations.
