Startup Founder Needs Help to Save Business (& Family)

I started this software business with one thing in mind: improve the standard of living in the society by bringing in modern technologies into the lives of people.

Businesses in Malaysia has suffered a lot and many has closed down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The government has been a mess in managing the pandemic and there was not help for SMEs at all. The economy never recovered after our first lockdown. Everything is in a disaster.

I am a hardworking person and this has been my last resort to try to get funding in order to help the company survive. I tried everything I could. Sales has not been coming in but our monthly operating costs and employee salaries remained. Despite cost cutting to the bare minimum, we still find ourselves in debt. I had to work full time in another company while managing this business in order to keep the company going. Most of my wage is going into the company. But its still not enough to cover the monthly expenditures.

We only had a few staffs and very much wish that I do not need to retrench them. In this time of chaos and high unemployment rate, I know it's hard to get another job out there. I wish everybody in the company can get through this together and come back strong. But I am finding it extremely difficult to hold on. My debts are accumulating and may be heading into a point of no return.

I hope the company can get enough help to stay alive. Once we are through over the difficult times, we will definitely provide more free services and donation to people in need. I do believe whatever help we get, we must return them back to society.
