Starting that engine on my Food Truck.

Trying to start up a business of my own.  I would like to own and operate a food truck doing what I love best "COOKING".

Finding a good steady job as a female in the south is difficult. I learned that a good business ethic and dedication will not allow for advancement. Respect from male business owners "like my last boss" will never exist. The only way utilize my full potential is to start something on my own! Tired of being made to feel inferior. I'm a BEAST!  Help me bring my talents to the public. 

Southerners surely know how to cook and I'm Italian.  I have zero doubts on my ability to to have customers lining the block.  Accompanying myself in this venture is a secret weapon. That's right ladies I have a Black Man in the kitchen too.  

Stirring it up in the south with the best of all worlds. There is no tomato sauce in our jambayla!
