Help my kids please

Hello, I am Jesse, a father of a 7 year old girl and a 4 year old boy. As of now July 11, 2017, I do not have any options to make money. I already borrowed a lot of money from friends and relatives and too shameful to borrow more from them because I haven't even paid any of the debts. I have no Job right now, been trying to apply for jobs for the past several months but no luck. Thinking about what to do for the next week and beyond is really hard. I only sleep like 2-3 hours a day eversince last month. My parents are the only one helping me and my kids now but financially its still really hard considering they also have their own debts because of us being a nuisance. My first child goes to school still. I can't even buy my daughter a school uniform she needs to go to school, thinking about buying a cheap pair of school black shoes makes my head ache. I also haven't enrolled my 4 year old boy in a nursery. Total failure of a father and the same time as a son. Please help me. I need at least 10000 php so I can start over. I am hoping to go get a job overseas or maybe start a small business. I swear in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I will pay it back once I can lift my feet again.
