Starting my own company

I live and work in Croatia.I live alone with my daughters .Croatia is a very beautiful but corrupt country from which people are constantly emigrating in search of new opportunities. I have a master's degree in law and economics, and I have just completed a course for EU fund manager, hoping that my employer will give me a chance to prove myself. As we live in such a country where every initiative is punished and stifled / the employer would rather take money from the state rather than stimulate its workers to results. Since I have the knowledge, my desire is to start on my own. I need funds for such an endeavor. I am already paying credit for my master’s degree and have two children. I'm divorced. Do I have to agree to survive a day-to-day life for a salary, or will you help me raise the basic funds to start my entrepreneurial story and help you in fundraising as well, as it would be my Core job. I am a brave person, who always moves optimistically. But if this hopeless situation lasts, I will also have to pack my bags in search of a better tomorrow where I will be more appreciated and leave my country. I believe in this community and that together we will help each other fulfill our dreams.
