Starting an IVF family

IVF is an expesive and not guaranteed process.

It is physically,emotionally and financially stressful but all worth it for those lucky enough to hold a baby in their arms.

An up front cost for IVF with ICSI costs $9000.

Added costs include hundreds of dollars for mediacations, tests and monitoring by speciallists. Day surgery fees and anaesthetist fees for myself and my husband cost thousands. There is also the time off work required for both of us.

Luckily medicare helps in a small way with some of these costs, but not until 6 weeks after the cycle is finished. Finding $12,000-$15,000 up front is impossible and money is the only thing that stands in the way of our dream of having our IVF family. Please help if you can, any amount helps.

Everyone deserves the joy of holding their baby, money shouldnt stand in anyones way to being a parent.
