Starting An Errand Service For Seniors

Hi, My name is Theresa, I am trying to start a new business. I want to start a errand service for senior citizens who need help with cleaning their houses or running their errands. Last year I had a run in with a deer, and my car was almost totalled, I have not been able to get it repaired, insurance didn't cover it. I can't upgrade my insurance to carry passengers for business purposes until I get vehicle fully repaired,  or get a newer vehicle, I was saving the money for getting car fixed, had to take money to pay some pressing bills. I really would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.
