Starting a Small Business for my Parents and Siblings

Hello, My name is Issam, 23 years old from the Philippines. My familys life has been always perfect till my Father got addicted to gambling. So we lost everything, our old business, almost everything that we had. My mother was so problematic on how she can cope on this trouble that my Father caused. There is no more problem with my Father anymore since he promised that he will never go back to gambling anymore. I am so desprate to help my Parents specially my Mother. I am a business minded person so I was always dreaming of owning a small business and hopefully I will make it grow and this will cope every problem that we had. My sister is going to college this June 2015. She is a smart girl. She wants to be an Opthamologist. But with this problem that we currently have she will not be able to go to College.
