My partner for 6yrs and I got married September 2017. Both of us are working, I, a hotelier and my husband, a carwash owner.

Our income provides our needs on a daily basis but currently, we still don't have a home. We are renting a studio type dorm at around $135/month which is Php8,000 in equivalent to PH peso. We also have usual bills aside from the rental like electricity, water, phone, credit cards, etc.

With all of these lining up, we can't afford to buy a home for us as a newly wed. Here in the Philippines, at Php6 million, you only get a 135sq m lot area without tile works, cabinets, etc. - generally, it has no interiors yet. Even if we get it under a monthly basis payment, we still can't afford $300/month (Php15,000) amortization for 15yrs (w/ interest) addition to our current payables.

As all of these were part of our plans originally, the hike of house & lot prices are just not possible for us as of now.

We are also doing whatever we can to save up. We decided to make this page to somehow get a little boost from what we have now which is actually nothing close to that amount.

Target is that huge as that amount can pay a cash basis one-time payment without having any problems of paying amortization for 10-15years.

We are hoping to find some kind, loving & generous hearts out there that can help us reach our target.
