starting a hotel and divecenter in El Salvador

If our house is sold we hope to move to El Salvador this year with the family; my 2 kids, 8 and 10 years old, my wife and I, where we will be starting a hotel. I hear you thinking: El Salvador isn’t that a dangerous location? It is when you google the country. Let me tell you a secret; not everything you read is true. Yes, there are areas where you should not go but we know where they are and they are not in the tourist areas so if you come and stay with us, i can tell you it’s save.
You know that feeling when you stay in a hotel and you see things that could be improved to a higher standard. That is what we have, we want to give our customers a great time during their stay giving them that little extra. Our plan is to start a small hotel (maximum of 10 rooms) with the goal "to promote and work on sustainable tourism with locals and foreign tourists as well".
Sustainable tourism means a profitable balance between economy, people and not the least the environment. Tourism is an economic activity that should not be overlooked by everybody involved, being travel industry, tourists and the local population, at the same time taking nature and environment into account. Tourism depends on beautiful nature, clean air and clean and clear water.

Included in the hotel will be a PADI divecenter that will be run by me.
We will be located in the province La Libertad close to the beach. That is why we name the divecenter ‘La Libertad Diving’.

We need funding for the divecenter, especially now, since some perp stole my car with most of my dive gear, worth around $ 15,000,-, that was also going to be taken to and used in El Salvador.
