Riu Japanese Club is a voluntary club in ENCG Agadir, a public business school in Morocco. The club is interested in the Japanese culture and Gaming.
Sakura Day is a great success and shows the interest given by Moroccans to the Japanese culture and reveals the Gaming side of the country.
Last year aftermovie
After 4 years of experience with the club, I concluded that I can't breach some limits and step up in terms of ideas and try new projects due to :
First, we are under the school control which limits our diversity and take us to the second point
Second, events are very hard to prepare because financially we are dependant on the tickets revenues to fund charges so +charges = +ticket price.
Third, Moroccan companies are not engaged to invest in the gaming domain. It's hard to convince them to sponsor such an event.
Here comes the idea of a WebTV to revolutionize the idea of Gaming in Morocco. The WebTV can go beyond the school control as an independent and structured organisation and will group different people with differents tastes on different games and shows. We need a big "push up" so we can start doing what we love to do and make gamers more visible and have their chance to express.
All the beginnings are rough and painful and require alot of help and support to reach the objective and we really count on you as a donater to become part of the project and help us to make it true. WE HAVE THE PASSION but YOU ARE THE PROJECT ! We really count on you !
