start up personal business

Respect. My name is Nikola and I live in Serbia. I'm married and I have two small children. As for work in our country is very difficult unless you do not have your company. That's why I want to open a private company but I have no money. I want to open a company for the production of briquettes from bio mass. It is my desire for years, but there is no money to start. Business has a lot of potential both in Serbia and in exports to other countries.And as the business expands, so will also employ other people in my company. Private business is the only solution with the help of which here in Serbia can achieve something, and that is not a crime so please help me to run the company and to have the money to family livelihood.
