Start Up Much Needed Music Venue

I am seeking funding for start up costs for a much needed music venue in my hometown. ANY AMOUNT WILL BE GRACIOUSLY ACCEPTED. We have been putting on shows for the past year using space provided by local clubs. We recently acquired a building of our own for a very reasonable price on a commercial building. It is such a good price that I must act now to secure the building. We have some costs that are unfortunately not in the budget but involve utilities, needing immediate attention. We book national toruing bands from all over the US and pair them with local acts. We have also booked some international bands. All of our shows are all ages.  We have been quite successful, as young people in this sleepy town (Las Vegas NEW MEXICO) are hungry for entertainment. Most locals have to travel 100 to 300 miles out of town for entertainment. I have always been able to compensate my talent with ticket sales and cover charges. So it is beneficial to both the traveling bands, the local bands, and beneficial to the youth of the community.

I have had a stage graciously donated by a church I no longer attend. One of the school systems will be donating chairs. The Longmire TV series which is filmed here. spruced up the place for filming of an episode that was shot in the building. Friends and family will be helping to get the venue ready for our first show on November 1st.
