Help Remotely Startup Company in IT!

Hi.

My name is Sobo Martin Iulian, I'm 34 years old.

I am born and I live in Romania and for about 15 years I have worked in the automotive field through multinational companies.

I am currently in high school in the 12th grade in Philology at Low Frequency.

In January 2018 I completed a Java language beginner programming course.

I am passionate about small programming, although life has taken me completely to another field, but I still think that today automotive programming slowly begins to merge.

Working daily with thousands of people in a multinational company, I got to know many people with different characters, cultures and beliefs.

But especially a lot of people with different family problems related to work and everything involved.

After a more detailed analysis with a life experience in automotive, I decided that it is time to do something for people.

We must change our lives.

I do not want to see families separating for reasons that the job is busy all the time and they have no time to take care of children and loved ones.

I do not want to hear that you have to work 12 hours at work on a salary of nothing and above you get to make sure with the family that you have come to neglect them.

I do not want to hear that we are treated like robots.

That's why I decided to open a start-up in the IT field with the activity field:

- Create a website

- Web Application Development

- Desktop and Mobile App Software Development

What does this Start-up want me to start?

For starters:

1. 8 hour work contract, 40 hours per week for all employees.

P.S. Saturday-Sunday Free. These days are dedicated to the family and the faith you have.

2. The work will be done from home completely Remote. All you need is a Computer or Laptop and the Internet!

3. All the activity of the company will be Remote. This means more time for the family and for personal health.

I tried to point out just a few things in a nutshell of what the project means to start it.

That is why I need the help of all those who believe in the dream that man was created to take care of the family and the home.

We have reached an era where we are more at work than with our loved ones, when they need us.

I strongly believe that we all have a right in this life to be with our loved ones.

I think we can work from home to support our family.

You also contribute to restoring the balance in society.
