Campaign Story
My name is Shannon Trombley. I have worked in the social services field for more than 20 years. Unfortunately, I have seen many treatment centers that have low ethical standards - treatment centers run by under qualified owners/employees or large hospitals who don’t have a personal stake in the community that they serve. My goal is to open centers in my community where patients can easily access good quality services from a qualified team of professionals and have the assurance that they will receive the same quality referrals when they complete our program.
Upward Bound Treatment Centers are centers for dual dial patients (substance abuse and/or mental health). We offer a Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, Medication Assisted Treatment, Medication Management, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, and Family Therapy. We have a business plan and pro forma upon request from donors who exceed $1,000, and we are currently receiving consultation services from Ascension Recovery Services
