Many small communities and towns here in the Philippines offer a great deal of quality, fresh, unique and interesting food ingredients that only a few people know about. From the peanuts of Cagayan, to the bukayo (candied coconut) of Batangas, these food ingredients have often been available in their rawest forms. This food business aims to use those kinds of indigenous ingredients and transform them into one of kind products that has the potential to be recognized both locally and abroad.
