Start-up/Equipment Funding

I  would like  to  give  you  some  background  on  how ,and  why I  want  to open up  my restaurant  called 'Brown's  Watt  Catering. This  has  beed  a  long  life  dream of  mine  since  I  was  a  child. It ia  a restaurant  where  customers  can  enjoy  homemade  soul  food  with  a  twist  of  Asian  Cuisine. I  have  been  a  chef  for  over  10  years,I  haver  mastered  various  recipes,  and have  developed  some  recipes  of  my  own. I  started  cooking at  the  early  age  around  10 years  old. Brown's  Watt  Catering  will  be  the  restaurant  that  will offer  homemade  cuisine  that  taste  like  it  is  suppose  to  taste. We  will be  serving  chicken  and  not  processed  chicken meat that  only  the  lord  know what  the  part  of  the  chicken  they  used  if they  even  used  chicken  to  make  up  the chicken  meat they  serve.
