Start-up Computer

Hi everyone!

I'm the eldest of 2 younger sisters. I am a programmer. Born in a not that financially-capable family.

Do you know how it is being the eldest after college? Expectations, responsibilities: though it's not the case for everyone. It is to me.

My parents, especially my ever-resourceful mother, made me graduate college through thorns. That is something that I always have witnessed , appreciated and have motivated me throughout my studies. And of course, my dreams, I'm a big dreamer. I dream so big that I can't really realize how to start and reach it. But, that is what dreams are about, right?

So after college, I supported my family financially. I got employed as a software developer. I earn some amount. Not at everything but for some that I could afford. Paid debts in installment basis, some school projects, etc. I've also reaching some support for my sister who is now a mother of 2 kids. One 2 years old and other is 3 months old.

Then now, my current project is our house. Had to do renovation. I'm not really into an expensive one. Just had to be neat and comfortable. Our house used to have soil floor, low roof, small room with already broken wooden floor. No bed. It was really hot on sunny days and floods in rainy days with the leaking roof. It's now like 45% renovated. Has now concrete floor and walls, new roof and improved toilet. I'm still funding it. Next ones will be the windows, doors, inner walls and others. If you imagine, it's currently a concrete box with window and door holes.

You see, I took it as a mission to rebuild our house and to aid my family . Aside from it, I also have dreams and a career. I am a software developer, currently an ios mobile programmer. I also seek for progress and improvements. As a developer, a computer is the primary must have tool.

Everything starts on it. Learning techniques and new things, practice and work. It's really a big deal for me to have my own. I'm almost 3 years employed now and hoping to take the next step.

I have always known that I will someday do great things to the world. It may all start here.
