Start Up a Nonprofit

Hi! My name is Antonio and I have been trying to start a Nonprofit in Mexico to help people with catastrophic (usually chronic) diseases, especially women with lung cancer.

I became inspired when I lost my mother (about 1 year ago) to Lung Cancer. She was a young woman (58 years) who never smoked and we never found a real cause to her cancer. The main theory has been environmental causes (pollution and cleaning supplies).

As a doctor, I was able to assist my mother in every way G-d helped me. And I was blessed to have chosen such a profession. But I was also a witness to the Health System's deficiencies, and the ways many other people fail to access quality in healthcare.

People need help, more and more people get cancer (and other catastrophic diseases) every day. I believe today we can help, maybe tomorrow we are the ones in need.

My mother taught me to always look for the way to help others, this project is her heritage to me.
