Start new life without debt

Hello, my name is Michaela. Me and my husband have wanted to start a new life with our three months daughter. We took a credit for flat and reconstruction. But we didn't change flat owners - my parents. I believed them, but it shows that it was great mistake. Now my parents are divorcing after 26 years marriage and my father has some psychical issues and wants to destroy every member of family.

He physically and psychically abused my mother, he stole my brother money and he stole our money. Now he wants to deprive us of flat.
