start my firm for processes improvement

after years of experience working in the field or rolling mill, I want to start my own firm specialized in factories processes improvement.

starting by one of my automating machine designing:

I've divided the project into steps:

1) finish the machine engineering drawings as a step for manufacturing

2) register the machine at Egyptian patient office

3) prepare official papers and launch the firm

4) start my marketing campaign for local market

5) in two years, after launching my firm, marketing for my product internationally

6) during those two years, my firm shall be fully functioning for at least 3 factories upgrade for 2% of productivity, 1.5 % of wastes reduction. through increasing process control and automating activities.
