Star’s amazing volunteer trip to Sri Lanka

My name is Star Dowling currently in my final year of adult nurse training

The time has come for me to explore the world! 

On 18th January 2019 I will be travelling to Sri Lanka for 3 weeks to volunteer in PMGY’s Mental Health & Psychology programme which aims to gain insight and awareness within a range of settings, I will also get the opportunity to work with disabled children.

I am really excited to be able to take part in this life changing opportunity, by being given this opportunity to spend time in a different country will give me insight into other cultures and how their needs can be met and also show how different care settings run differently to England

All donations would go towards the cost of the trip, flights and food and enhancing my experience.
