STARBUTTS SALONS II

Starbutts was created by Cindy who was a tenacious English professor from Valencia College, Cindy died a mysterious death and Starbutts was left without an owner so when Micheal her husband needed help operating Starbutts Salons he ask me her best friend to help, I fell in ,love with the tanning business and their customers, so when the opportunity came to buy the salon I did through the grace of God, not something that was in my plans because I was a student at the time studding Anthropology,. The shop was in a great location at the time , however when the hub store left all the foot traffic went with it. Needless to say I went to a new location across the street to a stand alone building with unforeseen major maintenance problems, like an electrical fire from the city to our location that the landlord and the city did not want to take responsibility of, so I had no choice but to eat all the responsibility far as permitting cost and the cost of an electrician; Furthermore, Starbutts clientele had to wait almost 2 months to tan which hurt business drastically, I had to make a hard decision and shut down, during this period we were made an offer to move to another shopping center near my home that will have a new hub store in October of this year, now my life is surrounded by a holistic environment and I always wanted to have a holistic shop. I feel combining the two would be awesome and profitable considering we launched my husband's holistic lotion called (NUTRITIONAL LOTION) on Amazon and Ebay and we are working on major grocery chains as well. our goal is to create a positive environment and jobs within our community.
