Stand By Jero : Dialysis Funding

Hello, everyone!

We are reaching out to you because we need your help in giving our JERO a fighting chance to a better, healthier, more comfortable life. A good son/brother/grandson/nephew and cousin.

When Jero was 16 years old, he was diagnosed with Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). it is a kidney disease that eventually led to its failure. He underwent transplant surgery in 2008. Unfortunately, his body rejected the new kidney and the disease recurred after 2 years. We, as his parents are his main source of financial support. However, our resources are limited and exhausted. We badly need all help to make his treatment and medications available.

Jero enjoys many good days when he receives his dialysis, but not having healthy kidneys can take a toll on his body. He's been hospitalized a couple of times. Last week, he underwent an operation to remove a damaged artery on his arm that is used for his hemodialysis treatments.

The hospital bill is enormous , plus from time to time medical laboratories need to be updated and the maintenance medicines he must have are also quite heavy in the pocket for us to sustain with.

This fundraising project aims to help Jero to pay for mounting medical bills and to continue his hemodialysis treatments.
