Stage V, Chronic Kidney Disease. Help for Manuel Hernandez’s Medical and Dialysis Assistance

I am Hardy Dasco Hernandez, my family lives in Municipality of Daet, Province of Camarines Norte, 4600, Philippines. My father, Manuel Pasahol Hernandez was diagnosed to Chronic Kidney Disease, Stage V this month.
He was admitted at Camarines Norte Provincial Hospital last September 12, 2019, but the hospital lacks in medical equipments for dialysis patients, so he needs to be transferred in Bicol Medical Center, Naga City last September 14, 2019.
We stayed there for more than 2 weeks and as his Doctor's prescription, my father needs to undergo dialysis twice a week. Each dialysis session cost 2,500 PHP, medicines, check-ups, and laboratories are excluded.
My father is a fighter and he still wants to live a little longer for us. I saw how strong he is, emotionally and spiritually that he really wants to recover from his disease.
So I am here knocking at your kind heart to please help my father to fight with his Chronic Kidney Disease, Stage V. Any amount and kind of help will be highly appreciated.
