Dearest,

May 21, 2019. our family received a very sad news that Mama Tata (our mother) has confirmed Stage IV Cervical Cancer after the punch biopsy done to her less than 2 weeks passed.

She was admitted to Sta. Rosa Hospital last May 5, 2018 and was discharged in less than a week after the biopsy. However, she encountered hardness of breathing as she stayed home, so we decided to admit her once again 2 days after at nearest QualiMed Hospital in Sta. Rosa. In both hospitals, there was a blood transfusion done to normalize her hemoglobin count (which it reached 87, out of the normal 120) And in QualiMed Hospital, she had series of hemodialysis (5 times consecutive) to aid her kidney to function due to blockage of her urine by the cancer masses that accumulated on her cervix area.

Since the day she was admitted, our family has been crying and begging to the Lord Jesus Christ for His mercy and healing, that may Mama Tata experience one more time God's unfailing miracle!

Our mother will continue to be a Living Testimony of JESUS grace and faithfulness. This is the time when our family is at the lowest point which we have no one to turn to and cling on except our Lord and Healer Jesus Christ.

Way back year 2002, Mama was diagnosed and operated with Stage IV Breast Cancer. She victoriously surpassed it and stood out for God and has testified how God's healing hands could do. It was 17 years passed and now she is facing another great challenge that we know as a family we could surpass and victoriously win again because Christ is with us.

What we are very much thankful now, is that MAMA is fighting and her winning spirit to overcome this battle against cancer is very much alive, as the Doctors and Nurses are even amazed how fighter she is. And it's because I know JESUS is giving her the strength to endure. Her fight on this is also our fight as a family. We are holding our hands together in prayer with our brothers and sisters in the Lord who are earnestly praying also with us.

Defeat will never be ours - we claim for Victory in the name of JESUS CHRIST through FAITH.

As our youngest keeps saying – “the hardest battle is given and fought by the strongest soldier!”.

I know Mama is very strong and we will continue to be strong. She will win this!

Now, the other side battle we are facing also is our financial need to continue her medication up to her treatment.

Our hospital bill has ballooned to more than 500,000 pesos already (accumulated) in 2 weeks’ time, that is without the major operation yet done. We want to fight with her on this battle and the best way we could is to humble ourselves and get on our knees and ASK FOR HELP, in order for her to meet all those needed medications and treatment. She is a survivor and she will continue to be.

I am without shame for my mother knocking at the door of your heart, in case you are willing to support us financially even in little amount will do and would be of great help for us in meeting her medical needs, I would be very much thankful to you and will owe you a lot.

As of the moment, Mama Tata is in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) for a week now, due to the purpose of stabilizing her condition to ensure all is well as per her Doctors' advice since she was submitted to series of hemodialysis.

Anytime this week, she will to undergo Nephrostomy to aid her kidney in removing the stocked urine/toxins, then after which procedures for cancer treatment shall be in line. What we praised the Lord is, the Doctor said, her kidney is still alive only that it has to be supported now due to blockage.

I will never forget the time when Mama was diagnosed and operated with Stage IV Breast Cancer year 2002. It was her personally visiting house to house of her friends while “on a Chemo Therapy state” just to solicit funds for her medication and coming operation. Now, we her children, will do it this time for her. We will hand in hand, seek for support until she surpasses this challenge and be able to testify once again how JESUS, our God makes impossible possible.

We stand on God's Words in Exodus 15:26, Psalm 107:20, 2 Kings 20:5, James 5:15, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, Hebrews 11:1 and Jeremiah 30:17; God's Promises of answering our prayers in faith on His healing hand.

JESUS CHRIST is our Great Physician.
