Campaign Story
Hello, AutiComm members!
This fundraiser is intended to maintain and improve our community. I've put over $500 into AutiComm so far for various hosting, surveying, and moderating fees. On December 2, Mighty Networks will raise their prices, which means I have two weeks to lock in a year at the current price. However, I'm not in a financial position to maintain this on my own at this time.
A thousand dollars will pay for a year of upgraded hosting ($562) plus extra funds for community projects, such as prizes for contest giveaways, moderator fees for new Groups, and/or hosting fees for an online autie shop + blog.
$10 from each member would support our community for the next 12 months, but even $5 or $1 will go a long way in stabilizing and growing AutiComm.

I made this donation anonymously, because I don't need the credit, I just want to pay for most of the hosting. I can't tell you how important this place is to me. I see it helping people. I want to pay for most of the hosting, so that others' donations can then help make the site what you and everyone want it to be. Being a part of the Asperger Autism Network here in Boston, on their board of directors and taking part in groups and having access to the support and community I have, I feel I have benefitted so much -- benefitted to the extent that I am where I am in my career because of it (and can afford to pay for hosting fees!). Not everyone can live in Boston or get the opportunities I have. So this is my way of paying it forward. Thank you Tango for everything you are doing. <3
