Spread the positivity to the world by expanding mental health Education to online platform

Hi my name is Wendy Foo, I am a licensed hypnotherapist and also a speaker who embrace the passion of spreading the love and positive energy to the world. My mission is to help people in the area of mental and human psychology, in order for them to let go of all kinds of fear, improve their life and create a better future for themselves.

In the recent news, we all are aware that the statistic of depression and anxiety is keep increasing, and it may lead to the increment of the number of suicidal case. I strongly believe that all of these social problems can be reduce and prevent , if we do something about it. I realised that most of the school did not teach us how to manage our emotion and also handle our stress, which these are one of the most important education that can improve humans' lives. Therefore, I decided to utilise my profession, to design a series of online course for people to get the proper education to enhance their lives in all areas.

I believe that EDUCATION is one of the crucial elements to change our lives. without education, we are ignorance. I been conducted some seminar in my country, and surprisingly, I realised that people need this kind of education, especially mental education in order to manage our lives well.

I would like to introduce myself in details and also introduce how my profession can help more people.

The project that I would like to execute :

• Online Course

Purpose : To utilise the online technology to promote a series of education in the area of Self-improvement, Relationship Enhancement, Career and Abundance life, Positive Mindset and Power of Subconscious Mind to the world, and help people around the world to manage their lives in a well manner.

Content of Online Course: The online course will design with a series of chapter, which included the topic of : How to manage your emotion, be the master of emotion ; How to be enlighten and find your purpose of life ; Learn how to love yourself more ; How to create an abundance life; 5 Language of Love ; You are worthy , learn to know your value ; How to create a happy relationship with everyone ; Discover your inner power ; and etc.

Target Audience : Teenagers, Young Adult, Students, Working Adult, Parents, Couples, Husband and Wife.

Purpose : to reach the people in English and Mandarin language, who would like to discover more knowledge in this psychology area, can have the book as an entry, to build awareness of the importance of body, mind and soul, and how to deal with it. By reading the book, they will have a clear blueprint and picture in their mind as how to manage their lives well and lead them to the road of happiness and success.

Content of the book : in the language of English and Mandarin, in the form of physical book and ebook, which included the topic of : Use your heart instead of mind ; Your life is the reflection of your subconscious mind ; The power of Subconscious Mind ; The formula of Happiness and Success ; The power is formed when you start to love yourself ; The real confidence comes from Self-recognition ; The road of success begins with Self-acceptance ; The power of Gratitude ; The power of inner cleansing ; Emotion is actually a form of habit ; and etc.
