We all love fried chicken. I mean who doesn't? The combination of a crunchy exterior, and soft juicy, moist interior is enough to make us smile.
But what makes a fried chicken extra special? It is when someone puts her heart and soul to make it a heavenly perfection.
It's the first time that my wife, Jeanie, to be away from her family in the Philippines. The only way she can recreate her home here in Poland is to cook her Papa's specialty—Fried chicken which he prepares almost everyday. My only wish is to make her more happy.. and at the same time spread our love through Papa kadong's chicken.
