Sports(Cricket) Trip

Greeting,

My name is Muzikayise Mokhele age 22, Studying at the North West University, Vaal Triangle in Gauteng, I stay in Vaal,Vereeniging I am a promising cricketer, a bowling alrounder for the NWU, Vaal side.

I got selected at NWU, VAAL) to take part in the University Sport South Africa (USSA) Cricket tournament. The tournament will take place at Stellenborch University on the first week of December 2018 (from 3- 7 Dec). This tournament is more like the second division of Varsity Cup Cricket. Young and talented cricketers which the potential to go on and make it as professionals are selected to play in this tournament.

Sadly it turns out we received the message late that we are supposed to fund our our own flights which cost R2606.47 and we leaving on the 1st of December heading to Cape town. I am a young and ambitious boy from Soweto with a dream of one day playing professional cricket and this tournament is a great opportunity for me to go showcase my talent at University level. Scouts will be present at the tournament.

During my cricket school days, I was selected to represent Gauteng U17B and I was invited to attend the South African U16 talent camp. I was fortunate to play in the Sunfoil Township Schools Tournament for three/four years in a row.

I would occasionally be invited to bowl at international visiting teams to play against the Proteas during their practise sessions.

I kindly ask you to help me get the necessary funds to attend the University tournament that will help me gain valuable experience and advance my cricket career.
