The pandemic has always been tough for many people. They have been trying to fight the economic crisis by doing everything they can to survive with their families.
I understand the feeling of having nothing because I also had my tough times during the pandemic. Even my job wasn't paying me enough for our food and the bills. I also needed to ask for some help to buy a new laptop for my online teaching job. (You can check the previous campaign that I had.)
I have a full-time job as an online teacher but my salary is just enough to feed my own family and pay for the bills. If I have some extra, I share it with some of my followers by playing some games during my YouTube live streams.
I have been blogging for 7 years but I just started monetizing on YouTube in December last year. But as you all know, revenue on YouTube is not that much. But I use my earnings on YouTube to help people. Actually, I am not earning that much to say that I am successful on YouTube. (Though, I already started helping others before I got monetized with the help of some YouTubers who were sponsoring me. In return, I promoted their channels during my live stream and helped them reach their goals.)
My channel is basically all about mushroom planting, online teaching, personal vlogs, and live streaming for entertainment and games. No gambling.
Since then, there have been a lot of people sending me messages for some help. And it always breaks my heart when I can't help them all. That's why I wanted to start a fundraising event for my YouTube channel in order to help more people and put smiles on their faces.
I am here today to help raise funds to bring, not only food or money but also to bring happiness to many people in the Philippines. I am going to start this fundraising this February and as soon as we gather the amount needed, we will start giving relief goods to people.
