I am a medical doctor working at Abdulla Mzee Hospital under Ministry of Health Zanzibar as a GENERAL PRACTITIONER (G.P), hereby request for sponsorship on items excluded by the Nile basin Scholarship for which I am entitled with to pursue my postgraduate studies at Alexandria University in Egypt 2018-2019.

I expect to take my postgraduate studies on EMERGENCY MEDICINE, which is among highly needed specialty in my country to serve my people.

The items and their estimate cost that are excluded from the scholarship are as follows:

• Accommodation: 150-200USD per month,
• Stationary (including photocopy, printing and books as well research work): 150USD per month,
• Meals and transport allowances: 100USD per month,
• Practical field with exams: 50USD per month,
• Resident permit: 100USD per year,
• Seminars: 100USD per year.

Attached is an acceptance letter from Alexandria University to pursue my postgraduate studies.
