Hello and thank you for visiting this page.In June, I am travelling to Bulgaria to work in orphanages and small group homes for the Bulgarian Abandoned Children's Trust (TBACT) and am aiming to raise a minimum of £500 by completing a sponsored swim and asking for donations. The Bulgarian Abandoned Children's Trust (TBACT) is  a charity that campaigns for change and supports projects that bring about change for disabled and vulnerable children in Bulgaria. TBACT also fund and manage projects to permanently close residential institutions for children and resettle children into family homes by providing surrogate granny’s (Baba’s) to build arelationship with a special adult in their life.I will be completing the sponsored swim in March (during the Easter holidays) and will be completing a minimum of 5k (200 lengths). The proceeds of this swim will be for TBACT for the charity as a whole and also to take to Bulgaria in June to buy items such as clothing, bedding, toiletries and sensory toys. Items desperately needed for the children, for their well-being and development.I appreciate that financially this is a difficult time for people but please spare a thought for children who are abandoned and neglected due to no fault of their own - their disability. If you wish to find out more about the charity, please visit www.tbact.org or watch the documentary titled 'Bulgaria's Abandoned Children' on YouTube.Any donation will be massively appreciated.Thank you.Natalie Phipps
