School fees, materials, child labor, and long commutes to school are some main barriers preventing underprivileged Ghanaian children from going to school. We identify the children in need of offering them sponsored access to education.
BPDC aims to address the barriers keeping children out of school, by partnering with local school facilities and provide them sponsored access to education. BPDC will expand the schooling capacity, helping 50 children, sponsoring tuition fees to underprivileged children, providing students with learning materials, and free school transport.
With the said amount of 5,000 dollars, we can support 50 children with education costs like tuition, books and food. The cost of each child is 100 US dollars that covers the following: school fees, lunch, exam fees, text and exercise books.
