Leaderonomics is a social enterprise dedicated to leadership development. Our Community arm is involved with ongoing leadership development programmes in schools, campuses, and youth in developing nations. As part of our youth initiatives, we run leadership camps for under-served youth from the B40 (Bottom 40%) community in Malaysia that leaves a positive imprint on their lives. Here at Leaderonomics we truly believe every youth is significant, filled with intrinsic value, and immense in potential. We have impacted approximately 700 youths in 2019 and we are aiming to provide this unique, positive, and eye-opening experience to as many more under-served youths as possible.
