Spinal surgery for my Mama

Last December, on her exact birthday, my mom felt severe pain in her lower back and at the same time she felt that her legs are numbed. We decided to bring her to the hospital since she can no longer tolerate the pain. A series of X Ray and laboratories has been done. Pain killers have been given through IV push. The result of the laboratory was good, however, the x-ray showed that there is something wrong with her spine. We were able to go home that night and she was relieved. We were asked to go to an orthopedic surgeon specialist. We did after a few days. We were advised the undergo MRI for her lower back. It showed that my mom is suffering from degenerative spondylolisthesis, circumferencial disc bulge with super imposed small central disc extrusion, flaval hyperthrophy and severe bilateral facet athropathy. The only cure for this is surgery, which costs hundreds of thousands. Worst case scenario if she will not be able to undergo an operation, she will feel severe pain most of the time and might be paralyze.

We were advised to have the surgery as soon as possible since pain reliever can harm her kidney and liver and her condition might get worse

The estimated cost of the surgery and therapy is 500,000 pesos. Our savings is not enough and as of now we are using it for her medication. I am knocking in your kind hearts to help my mom. Any amount will be a big help and appreciated.
