Wedding honey moon

Hi, I'm a 23 year old, i had spinal injury when i had epilepsy seizure at 16 that i didn't know i have epilepsy!!! I was on wheel chair for few month it happened few years back and left me with weakness in right of the full body and left side lost sensation . I'm unable to work :( that why i try this site I'm with my partner since i was 15 year old and we gone through hell!!! I got 2 litlle lovely boy's. Not sure,what to wrote more just wanted if someone can help us to get our dream came true . Thank you
