Spinal fusion surgery

I have had spinal problems for 10yrs. But only in last 3 years that I have found out that I need surgery I can not get it on nhs so after go private even if after travel to America I want to get back to work but also want to provide for my kids who have adhd and learning difficulties but also dont want to end up not able to walk and relying on my loving partner to do things like wiping me after toilet I want to be independent
