23-year-old patient who suffered poly.trauma during a ski accident, is brought into our clinic by a SMURD emergency rescue service team, The symptoms started immediately, about 6 hours before being brought to our clinic. He was hospitalized fbr specialized diagnosis and treatment.

The neurological examination at admission indicates a conscious patient, oriented in time and space, GCS i5 p, no signs of intracranial hypertension, no signs of meningeal initation, the cranial nerves are not affected, paraplegic, sensitivity level: D6. No deep tendon reflexes in the lower limbs. Bladder catheterization.

Thoracic CT-examination with contrast substance reveals complete vertebra-spinal cord trauma, D6-D7 dislocation fracture with grade IV anterolisthesis, Rib fiactures: VI, VII on both sides, III, lX, left, X, XI right, right apical pneumotorax, pulmonary contusion in the lower right lobe.

Left lower limb CT-Examination: Comminuted fiacture in the middle third of the left tibia.
