Since 2002, I and my partner, Thomas Lashevich, have been owners of the recreation area for the elderly in Italy, the city of Lavagna. In 2008, due to the global crisis, our other business (we produce children's toys) had to be stopped, which entailed the need to stop the recreation area, as it required constant financial investments.

Until 2017, we worked hard and tried to put our affairs in order. In the end, we dealt with all the problems and got on our feet.

Having dealt with the problems, having consulted, we decided to restore the work of our recreation area, but only in the format of a nursing home.
And so, at the first oral consultations in the mayor’s office, it was announced to us that we had expired the license, and since the property had become unusable for 9 years, we are obliged to carry out the reconstruction, and the approximate cost of the reconstruction permit will be 49,000 euros. It was also announced to us that we must write a letter to the Mayor of Lavagna to obtain permission.

We wrote a letter ... We have been waiting for an answer for almost a year. In 2018, we finally received a response from the Commune of the city of Lavagna, which I will attach with the file below.
The municipality told us that for permission to reconstruct this property, we will need to pay 176,323.98 euros.

We were not ready for such a figure. 49000-50000 euros is the real amount that we could allocate to obtain permission, and another 100,000 euros were planned to be invested in the reconstruction. Now, we do not have enough money, even to obtain permission.

We appeal to all who care! Gentlemen, let's collect these 120,000 missing euros and build this wonderful corner of coziness in Lavagna, in which every old man will be pleased to spend his old age. We could demolish this building altogether and build a production workshop on this site for our needs, but we would be very sorry to deprive Lavagna of a place where old and old people could live their last years with pleasure.
