Special equipment for special education school

I am a special education teacher of informatics specialized in applied technologies for students with disabilities. My school is located in central Greece http://eeeeksof.blogspot.gr. Me and several other teachers have a masters in special education and in new technologies. The tragic irony is that the school doesn't even have computers or any other technical equipment in the classes or in the computer lab (for the time I use my laptop and collecting scrups to build one more). We need new equipment, specialized computers systems, new technologies for our students (touch computers, tablets, VR for tetraplegic students, simple Bluetooth speakers etc.). Currently we are struggling on our own, with 40 students, a system that keeps ignoring the special education schools needs and even cutting funds of the annually budget. We are doing the best we can and that's why I took the liberty as a teacher who wants something better for his students, to make this campaign. Thank you for your time.
